Got questions

How we hire our team

We provide a positive work environment, ongoing education, and flexible scheduling.

Our inspectors enjoy independence in the field while being backed by a supportive team.

01

Application and recruiter screen

Once you submit your application, our hiring team reviews your background and experience to see if there’s a match. If we see a potential fit, a member of our team will reach out for an initial phone call to learn more about your goals and answer any questions you may have.

02

First round interview

You’ll meet with a team member for a virtual or in-person interview. This conversation helps us understand your communication style, technical knowledge, and interest in the role. It’s also your chance to learn more about our company culture and values.

03

Task or challenge

Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a short task related to home inspections or client communication. This gives us a better sense of how you approach real-world situations and solve problems.

04

Final interview

In the final stage, you’ll meet with leadership or a senior inspector for a deeper conversation about your experience, growth potential, and how you align with our mission. If all goes well, we’ll move forward with next steps and welcome you to the team.
